Job title: Receptionist (Noc 14101)
Work Location: 31 Vambury Street, Paradise NL A1L 0J9
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week
Wage: $20.00/hour
Vacation: Employees are entitled to either two weeks of paid vacation per year or compensation equivalent to 4% of their gross salary.
Nature: Full-time permanent.

Job duties
Warmly welcome visitors and staff to our office.
Guide visitors to the appropriate contacts.
Offer general information for visitors and refer to relevant contacts as necessary.
Provide clerical assistance using computerized systems.
Manage incoming calls, take messages, and relay important information.
Maintain cleanness of front desk and water the plants regularly
Employment requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
Previous working experience as a receptionist or similar role is an asset.
Strong communication and cooperation skills.
We work in English, but being fluent in a second language is an asset.
