Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Develop communication strategies. Develop policies. Implement communication strategies and programs. Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content. Perform administrative tasks. Plan development projects. Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities. Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers. Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs. Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions.
