Education : Secondary School.
Language : English.
Experience : 7 months to less than 1 year
Duties:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that all product and packaging is properly merchandised and stocked.
• Instructs staff about food handling procedures and reports to restaurant management
• Provides orientation and monitors new team members
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
