Tasks:
1) Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
2) Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
3) Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
4) Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
5) Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
6) Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
7) Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
8) Leading/instructing individuals
Supervision: 5-10 people
Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
