Position Description:
As a direct report to the CEO, leading a growing team, your role will revolve around instilling accountability, ownership, and exceptional performance. Your main goal will be to devise and implement performance marketing strategies aimed at boosting demand, acquiring customers, fostering engagement and loyalty, and driving revenue growth. This position demands a data-driven mindset, expertise in digital marketing, proficiency in data analysis, a competitive edge, and a track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve tangible outcomes.
Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and market research aligned with the company's objectives, focusing on digital channels to expand the online footprint.
• Designing and reviewing the Marketing department’s budget; Brainstorming, developing and executing marketing campaigns on an organization's behalf; Monitoring all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
• Cultivate partnerships with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive enterprise-level sales, expansions, and retention.
• Explore opportunities for market expansion, including new segments and geographies.
• Foster productive partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and collaborators to optimize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure consistency in tone and brand messaging across all channels; Maintain the company's brand integrity across all marketing initiatives.
• Train the Middle level manager team in advanced leadership techniques, customer psychology, and market analysis.
• Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing reports on metrics like engagement and conversion rates; Data analytics and make monthly or annual report for owner.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and embrace new marketing technologies and platforms.
• Exhibit leadership skills, inspiring change and driving performance in marketing and sales teams.

Language Requirement: Bilingual.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in the financial services or insurance sectors, with a preference for candidates with a strong background in digital marketing and sales.
• At least years of management experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• A financial or accounting certification is preferred, indicating a comprehensive understanding of financial and accounting knowledge.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing tools and strategies, adaptable to financial services marketing.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts clearly and compellingly.
• Advanced analytical skills, proficient in data analysis, and experienced in using data analytics software and SQL for sophisticated data querying and manipulation.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a history of innovative marketing solutions tailored to the financial sector.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in breaking through growth plateaus in previous roles.
• Ability to represent the company in diverse forums and negotiations.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
