We are seeking for two experienced Project Managers to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Duties:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverable in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address issues, and provide guidance
- Manage project risks and issues by implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies and best practices (e.g., Waterfall or Agile)
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach consensus among stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Kanban or SAFe is plus
- Experience in IT project management with knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with tools such as Workday for project tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of product management principles to drive successful product delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project requirements and updates
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements from various sources for accurate project planning
- Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies for flexible project execution
- Proficient in data collection techniques for informed decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, manage budgets and resources, and track project progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and software, such as word and excel etc.
