Currently, our company operates six stores in Halifax (NS), one store in New Glasgow (NS), two stores in Moncton (NB), one store in Fredericton (NB), one store in Charlottetown (PEI), and one store in Sydney (NS).

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a dynamic and fast-growing global tea beverage franchise Chatime is committed to delighting customers with a wide range of refreshing and innovative beverages. Since we opened our first store in Halifax seven years ago, we have been dedicated to excellence in taste, quality, and customer satisfaction. As we expand our operation in the Atlantic region, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us promote Chatime’s brand and products in the Atlantic regions. As a Marketing Specialist at Chatime Atlantic, you'll have the opportunity to shape the marketing efforts of a globally renowned brand and contribute to its growth and success in the Atlantic region.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Chatime Atlantic across various platforms including digital, social media, print, and local events.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of the Chatime Atlantic brand across all marketing materials, communications, and customer interactions.
• Manage Chatime Atlantic’s presence on social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and monitoring of social media channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Devise strategies to engage with customers, collect feedback, and build a loyal customer base through loyalty programs, email marketing, and other initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities, and use insights to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Identify and forge partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and organizations to expand Chatime Atlantic’s reach and enhance brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI, website traffic, social media engagement, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Plan and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and partnerships to support local communities and enhance Chatime Atlantic's presence in each location.
• Foster a positive and cohesive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee morale.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
University or college degree in supply chain management, business administration, international trade, or related field.
Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Passion for bubble tea and enthusiasm for promoting the Chatime Atlantic brand.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.



Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Chatime Atlantic provides all of its employees with an extremely competitive and attractive compensation package. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
