Presently, we are actively seeking a General Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure meticulous regulatory adherence and conduct comprehensive evaluations while overseeing critical areas such as staff recruitment, training, and departmental coordination, fostering a seamless operational ecosystem.

Job Duties as follows:


Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance profitability, and achieve organizational objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations of both SPL1 and SPL2 units, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
Manage financial resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to maintain profitability and financial health.
Provide inspirational leadership to the entire team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development.
Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, exploring new markets, products, and services to drive revenue.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably in a similar setting.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve organizational goals.
Knowledge of automotive paint protection and performance products and services is an asset.
