Job Title: Interior Design Project Manager
Salary: CAD $58-62/Hour(to be negotiated)

Job Description
-Developing initial design concepts alongside firm Principle, through the use of studies, hand sketching,
and computer illustration;
-Cost control and monitor, make sure the project is under budget;
-Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements
-Production of concept design drawings for client presentations;
-Plan, develop and organize the projects with PMP principles
-Production of millwork and various shop drawings;
-Development of interior construction documentation, and the coordination of required consultants/
suppliers;
-Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
-Site inspections to assist the Construction team in resolving any construction related issues;
-Project team personnel management: hiring new staff, delivery training and manage the performance.
Job Requirement
-A bachelor's degree or college diploma in Interior design
-5 years of related Interior Design experience
-Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects;
-Exceptional proficiency and knowledge of Revit;
-Superior oral and written communication skills;
-Proven ability to respond to frequently changing priorities;
-Excellent customer service skill.
