Wage: $35.50 per hour
Overtime wage: $53.25/hr after 40/hrs per week;
Work Location: Various work locations across lower mainland
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: As per BC Employment Standards Act;
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation will be provided;
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: 3-4 Years of related work experience is preferred.
Job Duties:
• Schedule and co-ordinate activities of construction staff daily.
• Manage expenses and prepare reports.
• Supervise staff, work area.
• Check building material, construction supplies and place order as required.
• Ensure standard safety measurements are followed by construction staff.
• Resolve work problems and suggest new ideas for quality work.
• Co-ordinate with different departments to meet work schedules and for smooth workflow.
• Hire staff and arrange training as required.
• Recommend new ideas for promotion.
