Regina Surgical Centre, a division of Clearpoint Health Network is recruiting for a Nurse Manager
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Regional Director, Prairies, oversee patient care in OR, PARR, and Day Surgery areas. Manage nursing and support staff, collaborate with medical teams, and ensure clinic objectives align with ORNAC standards and facility policies. Responsible for clinical practice, strategic planning, and demonstrating professionalism.

Education/Experience:
Accredited nursing program graduate with active registration.
3-5 years OR and PACU nursing experience.
2 years in a leadership role.
BCLS/ACLS Certified; PALS preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of medical industry legislation and guidelines.
