TEACHER – St. Teresa of Calcutta School

We are looking to hire a temporary full time teacher at St. Teresa of Calcutta School in Lethbridge. This assignment is to commence May 27, 2024 and terminate June 30, 2024. The successful candidate will be teaching in a grade 5/6 classroom. This position is covered by the ATA collective agreement.

We are looking for a dynamic educator who believes in supporting positive behaviors through effective classroom management, has a strong sense of inclusion, and is willing to build strong connections with parents, fellow colleagues and students.

Qualifications

• Certified to teach in the province of Alberta;
• Completion of ‘Brain Story Certification’ through Alberta Family Wellness Institute https://www.albertafamilywellness.org/training, prior to the end of the contract.
