Role and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Forecasting: Utilize company software to perform detailed financial analysis, identifying trends that inform product development.
- Product Improvement: Collaborate with software developers to enhance financial products, ensuring market readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Customer Consulting: Provide specialized analysis and consultative advice using our software solutions.
- Market Research: Continuously assess trends and regulations in the finance and payroll industries.
- Report Generation: Produce comprehensive financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Daily Activities:
- Play a crucial role in the software product development cycle.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and business units, ensuring financial accuracy in software outputs.
Basic Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in a relevant role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel VBA, data analysis, ERP systems, MS Office suite; strong customer interaction abilities.
- Additional: Security clearance and criminal record check are required.
