Job Duties:
1. Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand company’s customer base and achieve market share and revenue targets.
2. Manage the overall operations of the sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face visits, customer service efforts, and phone and email conversations to maximize performance and meet sales objectives.
3. Emphasize service features, prepare presentation, provide estimates, develop project timelines, discuss contract terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
5. Monitor industry competitors, new solutions, and market conditions to understand the specific needs of the customer and enhance the standard and scope of our services.
6. Monitor project progress, work with roofing technicians to respond to customer queries and comments in a timely manner, resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
7. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
8. Hire and train sales representatives, review their performance and progress.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of sales and operations management experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree is required.
3. Demonstrated track record in self-generation of leads and business creation.
4. Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
5. Positive outlook and takes pride in accomplishments. Overachiever and a “can-do” attitude with a history of leading high-performance teams.
6. Excellent communication skills as well as exceptional presentation skills.
