Li’s Restaurant Limited, a family-owned restaurant that specializes in Chinese and Canadian Cuisine, is looking for a qualified Bookkeeper (NOC 12200).
Title: Bookkeeper (NOC 12200)
Wage: C$ 28/hour
Working Hours: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours/week
Work Location: Lewisporte, NL
Job Duties:
• Recording daily financial transactions and invoices accurately.
• Balancing various accounts to maintain financial stability
• Collaborating with management to prepare detailed financial statements
• Processing payroll and managing bill payments efficiently
• Completing tax forms, employees’ compensation documents, and other necessary paperwork
• Generating insightful reports to guide decision-making processes and improve financial performance
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary education is required.
• A college program in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field or at least two years of financial or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
• Familiarity with Canadian tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
