Job duties:
• Assess cuisine characteristics and determine effective marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
• Develop and implement creative digital campaigns showcasing our fresh, authentic dishes.
• Manage social media platforms, engaging with the community, handling reviews, and sharing captivating content to elevate our brand.
• Design public relations tactics to communicate our dedication to quality and innovation.
• Conduct customer surveys to grasp the preferences and interests of customers.
• Create enticing menus, posters, and special offers to attract and retain customers.
• Organize events and promotions that celebrate our culinary heritage, attracting new customers.
• Coordinate media opportunities to showcase our culinary expertise and achievements.
• Assist in creating promotional materials that reflect our restaurant brand identity and values.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in marketing or advertising roles, with experience in the hospitality industry being an asset.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Passion for food and a keen interest in culinary trends and customer preferences.
