Job description: This company is looking for one full time, permanent Human resources vice-president - trade, broadcasting and other services (00014)
Job duties:
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's mission, vision, and business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for supervisors and team leaders, and establish hierarchical structures for employees. Empower leaders with the necessary authority and support to create conducive work environment.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement among different regions, divisions, or departments within the organization.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement by setting up clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for HR staff and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or official capacities, or delegate such responsibilities to appropriate individuals.
• Partner with senior management to identify workforce trends, develop succession plans, and address organizational development needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices and manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR management and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
• University Degree in business administration or management or human resource planning or related field.
• Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience is required.
• Working knowledge of office procedures and management.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic environment.
