Heyni Inc. DBA Heyni Education Center was incorporated in 2018. We offer quality and personalized entry-level Chinese language education to children from 3 to 13 years old, and specifically advanced level for all ages. Our courses cover different stages of learners from beginners to advanced levels in Chinese (including Cantonese) language and cultural learning, fundamental mathematics, and preparation to adapt to Grade K. We also offer Spring, Summer, and Winter camping locally and in China. HSK level course is one of the special programs specifically designed for both children and adults who want to achieve their desired goals in the HSK test. We are planning to explore more Summer Camps in China to promote Chinese traditional culture to different ethnic people. We have two main locations in Richmond and Vancouver. As we are expanding our business, we are looking for an experienced education centre consultant in our Richmond location.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
•Evaluate the curriculum program and recommend improvement.
•Administer language testing and assessment.
•Provide professional advance to the client after careful evaluation of the client’s language level.
•Present and promote the winter, summer, and spring camps to existing and prospective clients.
•Coordinate with the senior educators to develop the structure, content, and objectives of new programs.
•Monitor the student’s progression and prepare the stage reports to the parents.
•Conduct research, produce reports and administer education policies and programs.
•Supervise junior education consultants.
•May need to present the services and programs to the public on behalf of our education centre.
•Maintain good relationships with our local and overseas educational partners.
•May require travelling abroad.
•Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
•A bachelor’s degree in education or business administration is required.
•At least 3 years of experience as an education consultant is required.
•Knowledge of porcelain arts, traditional Chinese medicine and other Chinese traditional culture is an asset but not required.
•Strong time management skills and organizational abilities.
•Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse personalities.
•Eligibility to speak Chinese is an asset but not required.
•Willingness to work at the weekend as needed.
