Job Duties:
- Develop strategies to meet designated work schedules
- Oversee and organize the tasks of food preparation and portioning staff
- Provide training to employees regarding their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure that both food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports as required
