Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Wealth Management Canada (WMC) Digital and Data Strategy team is seeking a passionate, collaborative and innovative Sr. Manager, Strategy and Visioning that will support the creation and articulation of WMCs Digital, Data and Innovation strategy of today and tomorrow.As a key member of the WMC Digital and Data Strategy team you will collaborate with business and functional leaders to ensure delivery of Digital, Data, and innovative experiences across WMC Advisor, Client & Head Office lifecycles.This means partnering closely with our Senior Executives and business leaders to understand their long-term strategic vision and business ambitions driving the WMC business forward. Ultimately you will be a trusted partner to our business and program owners, leading strategy development to enable business ambitions and commercial outcomes.What will you do? Critical Thinking & Strategy: Actively lead the overarching articulation of WMC Digital and Data strategy and determining how to deliver on that vision. Own the detailed work on program and product strategy that will enable WMCs strategic objectives.Relationship Management: Manage complex stakeholder relationships, from Product Leads to Senior Executives, while building strategy artifacts and throughout execution phases.Industry Understanding: Identify emerging trends and opportunities while partnering with internal business and technology experts to strategize and test initial feasibility of ideasCommunication: Concisely and clearly communicate strategic insights, business cases, potential new business models, product offerings or complex ideas, through a variety of mediums.What you need to succeed Must haveUndergraduate degree in relevant field (e.g. business, economics, or engineering), MBA or equivalent preferred4+ years of corporate strategy work or management consulting experience (e.g. big 4 firm)Professional experience in wealth/asset management or financial servicesProven experience in leading / planning successful delivery of digital transformation initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, able to indirectly influence others, and collaborates in insightful problem solvingNice-to-haveSeasoned professional approach with a combination of education and experience in financial services, and consulting environmentsAbility to toggle between high-level macro-strategies and detailed product execution situationsAbility to build relationships and manage complex initiativesComfort with complexity and ambiguityWhats in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
