Responsibilities:
1.Elicits and documents business and stakeholder requirements,
analyzes and reviews existing or proposed system features and
integration, security, scalability and performance
requirements and transforms them into system requirements.
2.Identifies options for potential solutions and assess them
for both technical and business suitability.
3.Analyzes, and improves the IT and business processes and
uses technology tools to implement functions that improve
performance.
4.Prepares functional, system, program specifications and
implementation guides.
5.Creates and executes test strategies and test cases.
6.Creates internal tracking systems and updates in each phase
of the life cycle.
7.Works with the information technology team and gives
suggestions on strategy plans, safety and security of the
systems.
8.Convey the customer's requirements, and then communicate
with the technical team whether they can be achieved.
9.As a bridge role between clients and the technical team, if
the technical team cannot support all of the requirements,
explain the reasons and coordinate the solutions to the
clients.
10.Develops user test cases and validates test results during
user acceptance testing and system acceptance testing stages.
11.Implement functional testing to verify reliability,
validity, and accuracy.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor degree is required.
2. 5+ years experience in related roles is required.
3. Ability to document business requirements.
4. Communicates with stakeholders of varying technical ability
and subject matter expertise.
