STAY FRESH is a Vancouver-based marketplace boutique that specializes in premium and collector sneakers, streetwear, and accessories. We are actively looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist (NOC 11202) to join us for our further business growth.
Job Duties:
1. Create, implement, and monitor marketing programs such as email, social media, and digital campaigns that are appealing to our target audience
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
3. Research and analyze the current market trends and customer data to identify growth possibilities.
4. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Establish and maintain connections with both potential and current clients through networking and prospecting.
6. Explore different media platforms such as email, traditional media and social media, and create engaging content to reach the target audience.
7. Oversee social media advertising and elevate online presence to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
1. A university or college diploma is required.
2. Experience in the marketing field is an asset.
3. Knowledge of the sneaker and streetwear industry or high-end trendy goods is a bonus.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong analytical, organization and creative thinking skills.
