Specific Skills:
Supervising the preparation and cooking of pizzas and side orders
Co-ordinating the activities of pizza cooks, cashiers, and delivery drivers to ensure timely service of food orders.
Estimating and ordering the supplies required for meeting our daily food orders.
Training the employees in food handling, safety procedures and customer service.
Implementing restaurant’s policies to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Maintaining paperwork for stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Ensuring store’s cleanliness and appearance is maintained as per the Fresh Slice policies.
