Overview:
We are seeking around 40 skilled and experienced Barbers to join our team. As a Barber, you will provide exceptional hair styling services to our clients while delivering excellent customer service. Duties:
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and beard grooming
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine their desired style
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong retail sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Upselling abilities to promote salon products and services
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
