Job Description:
• Cut and trim bones and meat in keeping with mart standards
• Cut meat to size for display or as ordered by a purchaser
• Monitor supply and demand to maintain inventory level
• Keep sales records and keep meat always fresh
• Ensure appropriate storage practices
• Supervise and train meat cutters
• Maintain department in a clean and sanitary condition
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school required.
- Min. 1-2 years experience required.
Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $15.00 per hour
Benefit: 5.77 % of salary as vacation pay
