We provide programs to meet student needs of quick hands-on training, diploma credential, online learning course, or onsite corporate training, etc. As part of our ongoing development, we are currently seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team.

Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Officer (NOC 13100)
Positions Available: 1
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $28.5/hr, 30 hours/week

Job Responsibilities:
-Create and maintain processes to optimize office operations, standardize office protocols, oversee and coordinate administrative procedures.
-Delegate work to office staff, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed; coordinate meetings, liaising with teams to move and re-schedule as required.
-Receive, sort, distribute and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail including priority post, packages, courier services and other correspondence.
-Monitor multiple email inboxes, attending to tasks in a timely manner and directing queries to relevant departments.
-Maintain overall cleanliness of office, boardrooms, and reception, ensuring a tidy and presentable workplace.
-Manage inventory, order office supplies, maintain vendor relationships to support office efficiencies and initiatives.
-Management of office budget, expenses, and document archives.
-Errands and projects as assigned.

Employment Requirements:
Education:
A minimum of a secondary school is required. A college diploma or above would be an asset.
Experience:
Experience in clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required.
Skills:
-Ability to identify, assess and solve problems independently and proactively.
-Good Microsoft Office skills, e.g., Outlook, Word & Excel, etc.
-Ability to work efficiently and without minimal supervision.
-Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
-Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
-Proactive, positive, and outgoing.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Attention to detail.
