Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Supervise other workers. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Train other workers. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage training and development strategies. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Supervision: 3-4 people. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.- LocationNanaimo, BC
