Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Completion of a community college course in the food service administration/ related field OR 1 years of experience in food preparation or service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on all shifts (morning, day, evening & weekend)
Responsibilities:
• Supervise, co-ordinate the activities of food counter attendants and kitchen staff to maintain quality standards
• Maintain inventory records and ordering food materials, and supplies as required
• Keep up to date records of equipment repairs and food wastages
• Prepare daily food orders and sales reports
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Train staff in restaurant policies and procedures, and sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Assist manager in the recruitment of staff and cost estimates
