Junior Business Analyst specializing in ITAM (Asset Management) to complete an enterprise software contract assessment for a future ServiceNow project

Our client is seeking an Junior Business Analyst specializing in ITAM (Asset Management) to complete an enterprise software contract assessment for a future ServiceNow project.

This is a remote position that can be worked anywhere across Canada but must be available 8-5pm MST.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in software asset management (inventory and licensing agreements) and the asset lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of software contracts and Contract Analysis and procurement methodologies
• Knowledge of asset management tools and processes
• Proficiency in Excel and/or PowerBI

Nice to Haves:

• Experience using Coupa
• ServiceNow experience (Working knowledge of SCCM, ServiceNow Discovery)
• ITIL
• Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to help create and maintain software asset management practice at a mature state.
• Assist existing team in creating end to end software lifecycle process
• Assist team in reducing costs associated with software and create measurements to demonstrate success
• Prepare and implement software asset management policies as technology evolves.
• Run and analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports to ensure data accuracy
• Liaises with various internal organization to maintain accurate software inventory
