Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries. Maintain work records and logs. Monitor personnel workloads and locations. Perform general office duties. Provide customer service. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Keep track of shipments. Maintain vehicle operator work records. Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses. Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail. Spreadsheet. Internet. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Overtime required. Repetitive tasks. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for Indigenous people: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
