Is seeking 1 User Support Technician. Start date as soon as possible.
Salary $25.00 / hour. Full time: 35 hours per week.
Requirements:
Completion of relevant computer or network administration college course or program is required.
Experience is an asset
Must be able to:
Give access to networks
Report on the performance of systems and networks
Respond to users experiencing difficulties
Consult user guides, technical manuals and documents to determine and implement solutions
Provide advice and training to users
Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log
Participate in the redesign of applications and software
Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users
Set up equipment for employee use
Perform server backup and recovery operations
Provide customer service
Manage incidents
