Main Duties:
• Respond to customer inquiries in person or over the phone.
• Explain the types and costs of services offered.
• Provide information about claims and accounts.
• Update accounts, initiate billing, process claim payments, and receive payments for services.
• Accept customer orders for products or services.
• Address inquiries and handle emergencies.
• Examine complaints and update account information.

Requirements:
• Experience of six months will be an asset.
