Overtime Wage Rate: $41.40/hr (after 40hrs per week)

Job Duties:
• Supervise store activities
• Ensure supplies and game rooms are updated
• Keep record of daily clients and game room bookings
• Keep record of daily payments received.
• Ensure clients safety in the game rooms
• Supervise front desk area and staff
• May perform cashier and front desk job duties.
• Ensure store and game rooms lighting and visual standards.
• Responsible to open and close the store.
• Ensure safety alarm is set and active on daily basis
• Assist in developing marketing strategies.
• Handle clients and on duty staff complaints or issues
• Update staff with new policies of the company.
• Schedule cleaning staff and ensure hygienic environment in store.
• Ensure safety measures are followed by clients and staff.
Job Requirement:
- Completion of Secondary School is required
- Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience or retail sales experience is required
