Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Several years of work experience is required.
Main Duties:
• Oversee performance of sales staff
• Assign duties to sales staff and manage their work schedules
• Train and monitor performance of sales staff
• Monitor and authorize payments and the return of products
• Maintain sales records for inventory control
• Prepare periodic sales report
• Manage store displays and cleanliness
• Handle customers complaints and suggest improvement in services
