Job duties:
- Enter details, reports, and information related to client financial records into computer database using a variety of software including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Caseware
- Reconcile bank statements and receipts
- Complete tax remittance forms
- Compile financial information to assist with preparing financial statements and tax returns
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, such as sorting and filing of slips, receipts, tax forms, and other documents

Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent position; day shifts; approximately 37.5 hours per work week, with hours of work between 8am and 4:30pm; in-person positions only, no remote work available

Wage: $28.21/hour

Benefits: Life insurance, disability insurance, RRSP, Health spending account, and other financial benefits are available to all employees after 3 months of continuous employment. Flexible days off and three weeks vacation time per year.

Education required: Completion of high school is required. Completion of college program (minimum 2 years duration) related to accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is required.


Work experience required: Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a related position, such as accounting clerk or bookkeeping may substitute for required education.

Language requirement: Fluency in English communication is required.
