•Oversee, plan, and schedule the work of employees who drive automobiles, trucks, and other types of transportation.
•Responsible for ensuring that every necessary procedure is followed every day.
•Identify and fix workplace issues while recommending ways to boost productivity.
•Make work reports, budgets, and expense reports, and keep an eye on expenditure.
•When necessary, communicate with management to improve operations and address problems.
•Control the incoming and outgoing calls from technicians and site management regarding the routes and customer scheduling.
•Assist the Dispatch Lead in maintaining accurate availability and compliance of the technician workforce by keeping an eye on and entering time off exceptions.
