7-Eleven Canada, located at 2320 Maple Drive, Quesnel, BC V2J 6R7 seeking fulltime, 40 hours/week, Retail Supervisor. Overtime as per labour law, English language required, shifts can be day, early morning, evening, morning, night and weekend. Duties to include:
Assign sales workers to duties
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supplyshortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
