? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, revise, and proofread correspondence, invoices, publications, reports, and other materials from dictation and handwritten notes.
- Assist to draft application forms to review.
- Manage incoming mail and electronic communications, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Arrange and confirm appointments and meetings for consultants and clients.
- Purchase office supplies and oversee inventory management to keep the office well-stocked.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries, relaying messages and calls as needed.
- Create and maintain both manual and digital filing systems for client and case records.
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Welcome clients and visitors, evaluate their needs, and guide them to the appropriate consultant or department.
- Take minutes during meetings and prepare records to document discussions and decisions accurately.
- Gather data and statistics to support research and case preparation efforts.
- Assist in organizing conferences and workshops related to immigration consulting services.
? Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
? Education: Completion of Secondary High School
? Languages: English
