Description

As the Office Admin/Receptionist, you are the customers first point of contact, you welcome them to the store & assist them w/ their needs. In addition to being the Receptionist, you are the main contact for the fast moving & busy Service Department. Working closely with the Service Manager, you are responsible for all admin tasks related to the Service Department including seeing repair orders/estimates through from initial call to payment, claiming manufacturer warranty, & assisting the manager with all day to day operations.

While Admin experience is an advantage, what we are looking for is someone with an outgoing and friendly personality that wants to join our growing & expanding business in Radville. Core Responsibilities:
Answer & direct incoming phone calls professionally.
Take & deliver accurate messages
Greet & assist customers as they enter the store. Be friendly & helpful in all interactions.
Open & maintain work orders & estimates from start to finish.
Maintain service department filing & records
Assist with general accounting tasks including Accounts Payable/Receivable
Reconcile daily cash & accounts
Skills & Responsibilities:
Outgoing & friendly personality w/ strong customer service skills
Above average communication skills, both written & verbal.
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally & find satisfactory solutions
Ability to problem solve
Strong organizational & time-management abilities
Minimum Requirements:
Proficient computer skills
Strong attention to detail
