Description

Brandt Tractor, Canadas largest equipment dealer, is looking for a Program Specialist to join our dynamic team. With a coast-to-coast-to-coast sales network, this role is essential in ensuring the accurate execution of internal and OEM incentive programs. The Program Specialist will be responsible for interpreting and communicating program requirements, supporting efficient deal processing, and maintaining clear documentation. Acting as a key liaison between corporate sales, internal teams, and frontline staff, this role ensures clarity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
*Interpret and simplify OEM and internal incentive program rules into clear, actionable guidelines.
*Maintain accurate program documentation to support consistent execution and compliance.
*Support the processing of deals and claims by providing teams clear program coding and fund tracking instructions.
*Collaborate with accounting teams resolving questions to ensure proper fund allocation, reconciliation, and audit readiness.
*Generate regular reports on program performance, including spend, usage.
*Create and maintain internal communications such as bulletins and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
*Configure and update internal sales tools with current incentive programs to ensure proper application.
*Assist with special projects, ad hoc reporting, and presentations for management as needed.

Required Skills
*Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
*Ability to interpret program and financial rules, and clearly communicate them across departments
*Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., fund tracking, reconciliation, financial documentation)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and support decision-making
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
