Job Duties:
Improve Customer Retention Rates
? Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn across key segments.
Drive Repeat Revenue Growth
? Launch and optimize campaigns aimed at increasing repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
Segment and Optimize Customer Database
? Continuously refine customer segmentation to enable targeted marketing efforts and improve campaign performance.
Evaluate and Implement Retention Tools
? Identify, assess, and onboard new platforms or technologies that enhance retention marketing capabilities.
Analyze Performance and Report Insights
? Monitor campaign metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
