Job duties

• Supervise and manage the company project procurement process and inventory
• Yard management
• Coordinate schedules, estimating and predicting budgets, preparing project reports
• Support the project managers in gathering equipment, resources, and information
• Order equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, scheduling logistics
• Maintain project documentation, such as equipment reports, budget plans, and schedules
• Prepare and maintain various reports on the progress of work, materials used, using manual or computerized systems.
• Support and develop the company inventory systems
• Communicate regularly with construction supervisors to coordinate activities between the yard and construction sites.
• Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for construction projects
• Track and complete work orders, arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Monitor movement of supplies and materials between job sites; keep track of shipments
• Assign tasks to team members and overseeing their progress.
