Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: General law practice. Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information. Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain filing system. Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Supervision: No supervision responsibility. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word. MS Office. MS Outlook. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
