Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. This role will oversee the day-to-day management of our diverse property portfolio, ensuring efficient operations, excellent tenant relations, and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, leadership experience, and a passion for managing properties in a variety of sectors.
Responsibilities:
    Oversee the daily operations of commercial, residential, and condominium properties.
    Manage tenant relations, including resolving issues, handling lease renewals, and addressing inquiries.
    Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
    Oversee property maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
    Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for repairs, inspections, and improvements.
    Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property staff.
    Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and issues to owners, board of directors, or senior management.
    Stay updated on industry trends, local regulations, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
    5+ years of experience in property management (commercial, residential, or condominium).
    Proven leadership and team management experience.
    Strong knowledge of property management software and systems, specifically Yardi Breeze
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
    Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and tenant relations.
    Real Estate License or Property Management Certification (preferred).
