Description

Christ the Teacher Catholic Schools invites applications for two (2) positions of School Counsellor with the Division:

1.    Full-time (1.0) Continuing School Counsellor
2.    Part-time (0.6) Temporary School Counsellor for the 2025-2026 school year

The successful candidates will possess the following:

    Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W) degree.
    Comprehensive knowledge of counselling strategies and skills for working with children and their families in the school setting.
    Excellent team building skills.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Ability to work under occasional stress.
    Availability to work after hours during emergencies.
    Valid drivers license and ability to provide own transportation to travel to schools.
    Prior experience in school counselling is preferred.
