Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support? The City of Regina is hiring a Clerk Typist V to deliver frontline service and critical administrative support to our Citizen Services Division.
In this role, youll be at the center of it allanswering inquiries, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, managing travel logistics, and ensuring seamless operations. Your strong communication skills and ability to multitask will help keep our team efficient and responsive.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing/data entry skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and courteous communication skills
Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer satisfaction
