Location: Saskatoon, SK
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Commission
Pay Range: $40,000  $150,000/year + bonus
Schedule: MondayFriday, every weekend

Position Overview:
As a Subprime Finance Manager, you will guide clients through financing, communicate with lenders, and support sales by securing approvals and presenting F&I products. Your ability to explain complex financing terms clearly and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate credit applications and structure subprime/prime approvals
Communicate with lenders and negotiate financing terms
Guide customers through financing, F&I products, and warranty offerings
Collect stipulations and required documentation for funding
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
Maximize finance office profitability through value-driven product presentations
Assist in lead generation and brand awareness outreach
Support in-house financing and the sales team
Perform administrative and reporting duties as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years in car sales or F&I (preferred)
Bachelors in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience with subprime lending and lender relations
Knowledge of financial regulations and credit systems
Proficiency in MS Office and finance software (e.g., SAP)
