Are you a skilled and motivated leader with a passion for parks, open spaces, and outdoor recreation? The City of Regina is hiring a Parks Maintenance Crew Lead to oversee day-to-day groundskeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure our parks are safe, vibrant, and well-maintained year-round.

In this hands-on role, you'll guide crews in maintaining athletic fields, green spaces, and outdoor facilitiesincluding winter ice surfaceswhile also supporting equipment training, scheduling, and field operations.

What Were Looking For:
Strong leadership and experience in grounds and facility maintenance
Skilled in operating and maintaining parks equipment and vehicles
Knowledge of turf, horticulture, and irrigation systems
Ability to train, supervise, and schedule staff effectively
Commitment to safety and high-quality service
