What you will do:

Reporting to the Lumber Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the complete day-to-day operations of the Home Centre Lumber Department.
    Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the yard is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard.
    Develop and deliver user-friendly specialized training content in the areas of Lumber, Paint, Hardware, and Project estimation.
    Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, and management.
    Demonstrate Leadership throughout the Centre through supervision, training staff, and coaching
    Business to Business (B2B) sales, call outs, and project estimations
    Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service
    Assist with budgets, pricing, discounts and margins
    Staying knowledgeable of Lumber and a variety of product information
