ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role of the HR/Admin Team Manager is to provide HR specific internal services to ESTI as an organization. The HR/Admin Team Manager acts as a resource on human resource matters, providing guidance, assistance, and support, to supervisors, management, and employees as necessary. The HR/Admin Team Manager also carries out a variety of a tasks in the areas of recruitment, training, talent management, and labour relations. Even though this role is not responsible for managing compensation, the HR/Admin Team Manager must understand our complex compensation model from a support perspective. The HR/Admin Team Manager helps the company to reach business objectives by finding opportunities to solve business problems through broad and up to date knowledge of various areas of Human Resources practices.
